In order to get you set up and start the “Ball Rolling” here are the steps involved.
1. Below is a link to fill out a questionnaire about your practice. The information you supply us in the initial questionnaire will help us learn more about your practice and how we will be marketing you to get more patients. Here are some of the things we will need from you to supply us in this questionnaire:
Back End Admin Access to Your Website: If you have a WordPress website then we will need the user name and password for full admin access to your wp-admin. If your website is not built on WordPress then the user name/password to the back end or your CMS is needed.
Website Hosting Account Info. We will need the name of your hosting company and the user name/password to access the files.
Social Media Accounts: We will need the user name/password to your Facebook and Instagram to help market the practice.
Access To Your Logo: We will need your Logo in high resolution to add it to your marketing materials. The preferred format would be JPEG/PDF/PSD at 300 DPI.
2. Once you have the above listed information then you can proceed to fill out the Welcome Questionnaire. The Questionnaire can NOT be submitted with out this information. After you fill out the initial Questionnaire you will then get an email with a link to choose your Internal Marketing Package. Your Marketing Package Includes up to one 24×36 poster, three 11×17 mini posters, three 8.5×11 flyers, and one brochure that will be branded for you to use to promote Invisalign throughout your office. We can NOT print the marketing materials without your logo, so please have that available.
3. After you fill out the Questionnaire and choose your Marketing Package then an Invisalign Page for your website will be built by our team and added to your website to help promote the practice even more.
4. After the Webpage is built and you get your Marketing Package sent to you, a phone call with our Marketing Director will take place to go over how to implement The Novel Orthodontic Network into your practice.
